Yoga Burn! How I lost weight using Yoga in my own home!



Hi my name is Nicole Sherman and I want to share my story and process of how I lost weight using the power of YOGA!

After my second child I had trouble loosing my weight, but more importantly keeping it off!

I finally found out that by doing yoga atleast once a week for an hour helped me to shed the extra pounds and now I feel great.

The problem with other programs was that it was too hard to run for such a long time, this I can do in my own home without any equipment.

I made this blog in hopes that others can benefit just like me!
